Burch'S Resort Naivasha, Naivasha

I was really disappointed with my stay. The online booking was misleading regarding the room sizes and views, and the reception service was lacking. On the bright side, I did find a cozy cottage and enjoyed a fantastic buffet at the restaurant, thanks to the attentive staff. Unfortunately, the overall experience left much to be desired, especially the dining and service quality.

We chose this hotel for a birthday celebration, attracted by the affordable rates, and it has beautiful amenities, particularly for kids, along with a great pool. However, it does need improvement in maintenance and cleanliness. The dining experience was fantastic with plenty of food options, but some aspects fell short of expectations.
